Major Michael Kelly McCoy, Strategist, J-5, United States Southern Command, will discuss the following topics:
- Strategic direction of Central America's northern tier countries (Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador), through the lens of private business opportunities
- An overview of the Alliance for Prosperity Blue Print and the U.S. Strategy for Central America
